Digital goods are tricky to refund — once a buyer downloads everything, it can't be unsent. So our policy is: 30-day refund, but only if you haven't activated the license or downloaded any files. This is the standard for serious digital products and protects everyone.
You qualify if
- It's been 30 days or fewer since purchase.
- You haven't activated the license key on any machine.
- You haven't downloaded any of the entitled files from the dashboard.
How to request
- Email hello@aniui.dev with the email you used at checkout.
- We verify
activations_count == 0against Dodo Payments and check your download history. - If you qualify, we issue a full refund through Dodo Payments. Funds typically land in 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
If you don't qualify
We can't refund after activation/download. But if you bought the wrong tier and want to upgrade, we credit what you paid against the higher tier — email us and we'll set it up.
Bugs?
If something is genuinely broken on our end and we can't fix it for you, we'll refund regardless of activation status. Just email and tell us what's wrong — we'd rather know.
