Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AniUI Pro ("AniUI Pro", "we", "us"), available at pro.aniui.dev, and any products you purchase from us. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we sell

AniUI Pro sells digital developer products — React Native screen templates, and access to a Figma UI kit (when available). Some products, including the free blocks and the Expo boilerplates, are free and/or open-source. All paid products are downloadable digital goods delivered electronically.

2. Accounts

To access your purchases you may create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments, who handles billing, taxes, and invoicing. Prices are shown in USD and may change; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Launch pricing and discounts apply only while active and may be limited in quantity.

4. License

Your use of purchased products is governed by our License Agreement, which forms part of these Terms. In short: paid products are licensed (not sold) to you, per the seat count of your tier, for use in unlimited personal and commercial apps — but the source may not be redistributed or resold.

5. Refunds

Because these are digital products delivered instantly, refunds are limited. See our Refund Policy for the full details and how to request one.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly publish the product source.
• Share your license key or account access beyond your licensed seats.
• Use the products to build a competing template/UI-kit product.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the site or delivery system.

7. Intellectual property

AniUI Pro, its site content, and the paid product source remain our intellectual property, licensed to you under the License Agreement. The underlying AniUI library is open-source under its own (MIT) license.

8. Disclaimers

The products and site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the products will be error-free or meet every specific requirement. You are responsible for testing them in your own application.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the products or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
