Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, the following policy applies.

When you can get a refund

• Within 14 days of purchase, if you haven't downloaded the product or made substantial use of it.
• The product is faulty or materially not as described, and we can't resolve it for you.
• Accidental or duplicate purchase — just let us know.

When we usually can't

• After the product has been downloaded and used in a project, outside the cases above.
• "I changed my mind" after downloading the full source, since digital code can't be returned.
• Free items (free blocks, boilerplates, the AniUI library) — there's nothing to refund.

How to request one

1. Email hello@aniui.dev from — or mentioning — the email you used at checkout.
2. Include your order number (from your Dodo Payments receipt) and a short note on why.
3. We'll reply within 24 hours and, if eligible, process the refund through Dodo Payments.

This policy doesn't affect any statutory rights you may have under your local consumer law.
