License Agreement

When you buy an AniUI Pro product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it under the terms below. Paid products are licensed, not sold.

What you can do

• Build unlimited apps. Use the templates in as many personal and commercial React Native apps as you like.
• Ship to clients. Use them in client work and hand off the resulting app to the client.
• Modify freely. Edit, extend, and adapt the code however you need.
• Keep it forever. Your license and the versions you downloaded are yours to keep, with lifetime updates on your tier.

What you can't do

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or give away the product source (on its own or as part of a template/UI kit).
• Publish the source publicly (e.g. a public repo, gist, or file host).
• Use the products to create a competing template, boilerplate, or component-library product.
• Share your license key or account beyond the seats included in your tier.

Seats by tier

• Starter & Pro — single developer. Up to 3 active machines per license key.
• Teams — team & enterprise licensing is coming soon. Email hello@aniui.dev if you need multiple seats now.

Free & open-source parts

The underlying AniUI component library is free and MIT-licensed. The free blocks and the Expo boilerplates are free and open-source and are governed by their own repository licenses — this Agreement applies only to the paid products.

Ownership

We retain all intellectual property rights in the paid product source. This license does not transfer ownership; it grants you the rights described above.
